Refund policy

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of receipt for either an exchange, store credit or full refund of the price paid (less any shipping costs).

 

Please adhere to the following conditions for returning your item:

- Items must be in new and saleable condition, with original packaging, labels, tags and all accessories intact

- Product packaging must be wrapped / protected before shipping to avoid damage. Do not stick anything to product packaging

- Items must be undamaged and unused

- Items must be returned freight paid (for your security, we recommend you use a courier that requires signature delivery)

- A note explaining the reason for return/exchange request and your contact details is sent with the item

 

If you have any concerns about your return meeting these conditions, please contact us before sending, thereby avoiding unnecessary courier costs.

 

Exchange Procedure

If your original order qualified for freight free delivery, any additional exchanges on the same order will incur a freight charge.

 

Refund Policy

Due to security measures, refunds will be processed back to the credit card or bank account used for the original payment. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt of the returned item.
